The Baseline Package is designed for athletes who want consistent, structured training that builds a strong foundation. This package focuses on developing speed and strength through a proven weekly schedule and progressive programming.

Athletes train three days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, following a structured plan led by our coaches. Each session is intentional, with clear progressions that help athletes improve performance, build confidence, and develop discipline over time.

Included in the Baseline Package:

• Non-Transferable: The package is for one athlete only.
• All Sales Are Final: Due to scheduling and program structure, all package bookings are non-refundable.
