All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of personal training and the time reserved for each client, L.A.W. Fitness™ and Built For More™ do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made, including but not limited to 1-on-1 sessions, group sessions, athletic development program memberships, consultations, and Evolt 360 scans. Clients are provided a 15-minute grace period for late arrival; after 15 minutes, it is at the trainer’s discretion whether the session will still take place, and if a late start is approved, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time with no make-up time or extensions provided. If a session is missed, it is the client’s responsibility to request and attempt to reschedule, and any rescheduled session must be booked during normal operating hours; sessions will not be rescheduled outside of normal operating hours. Please review all program details, pricing, and scheduling availability before purchasing, as all transactions are considered final once processed. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase or scheduling, please contact us at lawfitness@yahoo.com ; we will do our best to address the issue, however, refunds are not available. L.A.W.
